For parents and teachers
- A friendly real-time strategy activity: wood, mineral, buildings, spearmen, swordsmen, archers, priests and riders, against seven computer generals from New Bird to SunZi.
- With friends: one screen starts a town and gets a four-letter code; friends join from their own iPad, Chromebook or phone with the town name and the code, anywhere. The host sets each of up to four generals to a friend, a computer or off, and who is allied with whom; a teacher can watch. The host's screen holds the match (keep it awake). The screens pass only the moves through our relay, which stores nothing, asks no names and carries no chat.
- Nobody gets hurt. Knocked-down stickmen sit dizzy, then wander off the paper, and the generals bow and shake hands at the end.
- On the title screen you can switch off the Supply Wagon (up to 3 small gifts of wood or mineral per match, on the easier levels) and the general's tips.
- Progress saves itself every 30 seconds on this device. Clearing the browser's site data erases it.
- Alone, it never talks to the internet once loaded. One file, about 0.4 MB.
